  Relaxation Massage:

120-Minute Session: The ultimate experience of all! This session is for the ultra stressed, or for someone you want to pamper to the max--including yourself! Our clients have asked us to provide a limo service to get them home after a 120-minute massage session. As one client said: "Just roll me out the door--I can't even stand up my muscles are so relaxed!" Do we need to say more?

90-Minute Session: This time is usually used in one of two ways: either a client wants more time spent on a full body massage, or s/he wants a full body massage plus extra time on a problem area. A 90-minute session allows the therapist to use more strokes on each area of the body for a full body massage. Or it allows time for a full body massage, plus extra time on the areas that trouble you most. Another popular session for local clients on a regular weekly or bi-monthly basis; or for our clients visiting from out of town, going through Mayo Clinic, or here for business.

60-Minute Session: Our most popular session, it is the minimum time we need to give a full body massage. Often used by our local clients on a regular weekly or bi-monthly basis for the benefits to long-term health, it is also a very popular gift certificate idea. This length session is also used when a client has a problem area but needs more work than a 30-minute session allows.

30-Minute Session: Most often used to deal with a specific are that is causing a problem, ie, pulled muscles, tight neck and shoulders from working at the computer, waking up with a stiff neck after "sleeping wrong", sore and tired feet after a day of work, before or after an athletic event, the "weekend warrior" syndrome and after shoveling heavy snow. We concentrate and offer relief for the areas that you choose.

Deep Tissue Massage: The therapist uses the fine art of locating the "wall" of tension in the muscle to slowly move deeper into the muscle to release tension.

Hot Stone Massage: Using hot stones facilitates slow heat dispersion thus enabling the therapists to give a far deeper treatment - beneficail for a stressed client.

Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese word for an ancient Asian healing art.  It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.  This powerful system of healing helps to restore and balance the natural life force energy.  If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing, as you will remain clothed during the session.

Reflexology: A therapy of the feet, with pressure applied to specific reflex areas corresponding to major organs and glands of the body.
