Hot Stone Massage: Using hot stones facilitates slow heat dispersion thus enabling the therapists to give a far deeper treatment - beneficail for a stressed client. $96 per hour*

Deep Tissue Massage: The therapist uses the fine art of locating the "wall" of tension in the muscle to slowly move deeper into the muscle to release tension. $91 per hour*

Reflexology: A therapy of the feet, with pressure applied to specific reflex areas corresponding to major organs and glands of the body. $91 per hour*

Traditional Chinese Medicine** : TCM, originating in China 2500 years ago, is a system of health care which promotes and restores health by assessing and treating imbalances in the Qi, or natural vital energy of the body.  A typical evaluation will include three components: Yin and Yang, the Five Elements and Zang Fu.  A TCM examination and treatment is thorough, but noninvasive.  We encourage you to consider TCM as you journey toward a more pain-free and healthier life. $120 per hour*  Please schedule with Yang

Medical Massage** : A system of manually applied techniques designed to reduce pain, establish normal tissue tension, create a positive tissue environment and to normalize the movement of the musculoskeletal system.  A scientifically based method of manual therapy that seeks a clear understanding of the scientific principles of physiology that affect connective tissue healing and treatment. $102 per hour*   Please schedule with Jean or Yang

Thai Massage** : TYB/TTM is based on healing techniques from Thailand that date back 2500 years. Referred to as “having yoga done to you”, the therapist uses rhythmic massage, assisted stretches and acupressure to help your body to release blocked area and stimulate the flow of healing and balancing energy to soothe body, mind and spirit. Effective for relieving pain, stress and tension, increasing flexibility and suppleness, treating common injuries and ailments, and supporting a personal yoga practice. Doya** : Jean is our therapist who practices this unique technique.  We all deal with stress and trauma that affect our health and energy level.  With this style of bodywork, Jean helps balance the energy within your body by opening meridians and purifying Chakras along with hands-on work.  Clients rave about Jean's work whether they are new to massage or old pros. $96 per hour*   Please schedule with Jean

Shiatsu** : Shiatsu is deeply rooted in the philosophy and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Shiatsu means "finger presure" and is the name of an ancient and widely practiced form of Asian Massage.  Shiatsu is based on the same principles as acupumcture and aims to restore a balanced flow of energy within the meridians.  Shiatsu can strengthen and restore the body's own natural power to heal and prevent disease.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing, as you will remain clothed during the session. $91 per hour*   Please schedule with Linda or Yang

Reiki** : is a Japanese word for an ancient Asian healing art.  It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.  This powerful system of healing helps to restore and balance the natural life force energy.  If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing, as you will remain clothed during the session. $91 per hour*   Please schedule with Linda
