Salon Frequent Questions
Do you offer consultations? Is there a fee?
We offer free Consults in our salon to discuss what you want to achieve with your hair, in terms of color, length and style.
Is your salon for women only?
We have many male clients here at Healing Touch Spalón. Our salon services are available for men, women and children of all ages.
Will my appointment be with an experienced stylist?
All of our stylists have experience in the salon services we offer. They are superior in their skills and up to date on chemical services (coloring, highlighting, perming) as well as experts at the latest in cuts and styles.
Do you take clients on a "walk-in" basis?
Whenever possible we are happy to schedule on a walk-in basis.
How far in advance should I book an appointment?
Sometimes a person can call and schedule an appointment the same day. But if there is a certain time that is needed it is wise to call 1 or 2 weeks ahead. In the case of multi-appts, (such as a wedding party) a minimum of 1 month is suggested.
What product brands do you sell?
We retail the following lines of products:
Matrix, Biolage, Paul Mitchell, Graham Webb, Nioxin, Sebastian, OPI Nail products, and American "Crew."
Do you use the same product lines on clients that you retail in your salon?
We do use the same products for our services that we sell in our store. However we rotate our use of products, so if there is a product you want used specifically, please ask your stylist.
Do you offer out-call services?
We do offer some services on an out-call basis to people who are hospitalized. We cannot offer chemical services but are able to do haircuts, styles, manicures or pedicures.
